Static Routes

Static routes are used to reach networks or devices that are not directly connected to the EpicOS System, but can be reached through another router (gateway) on the LAN or WAN side. As part of the configuration, the user specifies the destination subnet to reach and the ‘gateway address’, which is the IP address of the router.

The Static Routes tab displays the configured static routes in a table with the columns Source Address (Optional), Destination Address, Gateway IP and Actions.

Configuring Static Routes

To configure a static route, perform the following steps.
